Multitran calls this "visometry", but this seems to be a made-up word.

Explanation:
At first I was thinking "visual acuity", but that's done with an eye chart and is expressed as 20/20, 20/400, etc.

Refraction is the eye test that determines the optical power, in diopters, of the lenses you will need, so that seems to fit here.
