Since September 1, 2003, the declarations of data files and Web sites must be transmitted for instruction, either at the Management of the legal businesses (DAJ), but at the Management of the information systems (DSI) which are then given the responsability to transmit them to the CNIL (national Commission data processing and libertés).À this effect, the DSI opened on its site a service which presents the various procedures of declaration in force as well as the forms to be downloaded.
