Hebrew term or phrase: גוש שליטה חוסם
Hello,

The context is that as a condition for a certain deal, company X will hold shares of company Y that constitute a גוש שליטה חוסם.

I would use "controlling interest" or "controlling bloc" for גוש שליטה, but I'm not sure of the best term to convey חוסם.
