"Red Flags"
The following factors are considered to raise a higher probability of improper conduct by an intermediary.
Is from, or works on our behalf in, a country perceived as posing a high bribery risk;
Is related to a government official;
Is connected to a client *in relation to which it will provide services for, or on behalf of, the Company* (i.e. the intermediary shares common directors or owners with the client);
Is separately remunerated by the client or is a trusted adviser to the client;
Has been recommended to you by a government official;
