C'est exactement mon point et c'est ce qui fait que le mot "acheteur" est plus pertinent que "partie adverse", une expression juridique, si Marianne choisit de garder la précision, comme elle le mentionne.

Pour ma part, je préférerais "remboursement Paypal à l'acheteur annulé" pour éliminer la connotation "litige" de "partie adverse". Il reste que lorsqu'on est devant son propre compte Paypal, comme le démontre Ivan, la situation est plutôt claire.

Merci pour ces infos Abel J'ai finalement gardé la proposition d'Ivan, qui contient aussi remboursement annulé, mais avec la précision "à la partie adverse" que je trouve bien pour éviter les confusions.

I got a chargeback for £400-ish, and after being on the phone with Paypal and reviewing the transaction, I felt confident I would come out on top. I had it told to me that I was elegible for seller protection, and that Paypal would do everything they could.
Today I log in and find out that the chargeback updated to a reversal in my favor - """"Then that reversal was cancelled?""""
What kind of game is Paypal playing where they tell people that they are fine and covered for seller protection over the phone (I rang them twice) and then turn around and cancel that reversal? I've provided more than enough proof, tracking, even going out of my way to provide evidence from the company distributing the goods originally that the buyer now owns the item I sold. (Which was a card with a code on it, but I sent the tangible item).

Je viens de trouver d'anciens liens Paypal: Il y est expliqué que "chargeback" est la même chose que "reversal", et chargeback est traduit par "opposition au paiement". "Cancelled reversal" serait donc une "opposition au paiement annulée"?
Qu'en pensez-vous?

Trouvé l'explication suivante : Canceled_Reversal: A reversal has been canceled. For example, you won a dispute with the customer, and the funds for the transaction that was reversed have been returned to you.
