Autistic child\'s hospital discharge notes
This is in the section of the notes after the small boy's personal and family medical history. The paragraph heading is:
EXAMEN GENERAL:
"....Stare generala influentata. afebril, stare de nutritie deficitara, constienta pastrata, T 131cm (p10), G 21 k"
"General condition ?????" I have no idea what the idea here is. Obviously a literal translation would not work, as influenced needs a preposition and a noun following it.

overall general condition of impaired (person)
The bodily examination usually starts as: Overall general conditions.
afebrile (=no fever), poor nutrition status, preserved consciousness (=orientated), Height: 131cm (P10), Weight: 21 kg "
The relationship between several factors and catch-up growth between 5 and 10 years of age was explored by means of regression analysis. Differences between the 5- and 10-years height SDS were calculated and compared between the three defined subgroups, as well as for single/multiple birth, sex, socio-economic status, maternal and paternal height. Cross-tabulations were used to examine the predictive values and sensitivity rates of height <P10 (and <P3) at various ages for height <P10 (and <P3) at 10 years of age. Follow-up data on weight were used to study the effect of early postnatal growth on height at 10 years and to assess BMI.
Clinical characteristics of the different subgroups according to gestational age and weight of the entire study population, of the group lost to follow up at age10 years and of the children with available data on weight increase during the first three ...

"General condition is impaired. Afebrile, malnutritioen, ..."
So the persons "condition is impaired" maybe.
As a translator I fully suggest you do not trying to translate everything literally, word-by-word because it is impossible.
This is not the first time I try to suggest it. The translation of the medical texs has its specific "taste"m wording, country by country. You transfer the meaning not the words. You may gain a lot but in this case you just lose - your time.

"..condition of impaired person" is using "influentata" as a description of the person.
Both answers below are contradictory in their use of "influentata". One uses it as an adjective, describing the worsening condition of the patient (Alice's answer), and Erzsebet's answer seems to be using it as a noun (impaired person).
What do you think it is being used as? (i.e. is it describing the person's condition, or used as a reference to the person?)
If they are right (because I can't find any reference to confirm it) than it could be - Impaired general condition.
