Swedish term

klarera

Swedish to English Social Sciences Economics
Looking for the English term for the Swedish term "klarera" in the context of economics. An example from the text I'm working on reads: "...utgår från att arbetsmarknaden alltid klarerar i jämvikt."

clears

"the labour market always clears" - this is a standard term in economics meaning that (in an ideal situation) all employers will find the employee(s) they are looking for, and all potential employees will find jobs.

Swedish term (edited): klarera (i jämvikt)

end up in balance

I think this is "klarera" as an alternative to "cleara", usually meaning the application of a clearing system between banks, when payments in and out affecting more than one bank were "clearade", i.e. counted against each other. In the example a wider meaning is implied, excess labour and excess demand for labour will in the end result in a balance between supply and demand.

clears

Understand your difficulty with the Swedish. It seems off. So I'd really like more context ... and the complete sentence (or even paragraph).
Still labor market equilibrium is a concept that I figure you've understood, and that the labor market 'clears' is also a concept (the first reference). Some more reading in the second reference.
