Hi,

I'm translating the Statute of a charitable foundation. The phrase in question is in this context (one of the articles):

"Finalità della Fondazione è la gestione dei fondi in dotazione, inclusa la compravendita di beni immobili nel Paese e all'estero, ed in particolare in Terra Santa, per conto proprio, per proprio investimento e per utilizzo a scopi benefici, cosi some la partecipazione in altre organizzazioni che abbiano per oggetto l’assistenza e l’educazione."

"The purpose of the Foundation is the management of its endowments, including the purchase and sale of real estate within the country and abroad, and in particular in the Holy Land, on its own, for its own investment and for use for charitable purposes, as well as the participation in other organizations focused on aid and education."

For its own investment purposes?
