English term
fed up the dilated ureter
English to Russian
Medical
Medical (general)
Since the ureter was quite dilated, the incision was made at this point to taper and tailor the ureter down.
This was done with a running #5-0 PDS in a running Lambert type suture which imbricated the right ureter, thereby narrowing its internal caliber.
The ureter was then reanastomosed to the bladder using #4-0 PDS in simple interrupted sutures.
After the completion ^of the posterior wall of the anastomosis, a right angle clamp was plissed into the bladder.
An 8 French feeding tube was brought through a stab wound in the anterior wall of the bladder and *fed up the dilated ureter*.
