"A: la nostra macchina XXX è una piattaforma che può permettere diversi tipi di trattamento. Abbiamo parlato del CCC, che può essere applicato fino a un totale di 24 ore: nel caso noi volessimo far durare di più il nostro filtro, cosa possiamo fare?
B: si può interrompere momentaneamente il trattamento, quindi stoppare la pompa sangue. Con le dovute cautele, si può scollegare il bypass che andava a collegare CCC. A quel punto si prende la linea di accesso collegata a CCC e la si ricollega direttamente al filtro. Così CCC può essere rimosso, bypassato e si può procedere con il classico trattamento di CRRT.
