WP 7 starts at TO. During the first 18 months work will be concentrated on fundamental issueds that do not depend on ohter WP:s. This work will give input, in the form of requirements, to WP2, WP3, and WP4. The main part of the work and the creation of the actual (sofware) modules will start when internal initial input from the work-pachage is available and initial input from WP2 is available.
