Ja bih išla doslovno, mada sam zasad ovo našla za Austriju, ali po mojem je primjenjivo, ili možete probati pronaći baš njemački izraz, no tu piše da je Grundbuchskörper (das ist die Liegenschaft, auf die sich Eintragungen beziehen)

Im Hauptbuch ist jede Liegenschaft mit einer eigenen Nummer („Einlagezahl“) bezeichnet, zB Einlagezahl 2229. Eine Liegenschaft wird daher oft auch als „Grundbuchseinlage“ (oder „Grundbuchskörper“) bezeichnet.
