According to the same reference duodecies corresponds to \"k\" in the English system, so you could also write Article 93 (k)

agree Chris Hopley : Good explanation. Possibly better to leave it in Latin for ease of reference. Perhaps depends on intended readership. E.g. an EU lawyer would no doubt already be familiar with the convention.
