Quindi, mettendo assieme i due termini, il titolo della sezione potrebbe essere semplicemente 'Equa riparazione' o 'Equo indennizzo'
Che nella frase proposta diventa:
XXXX avrà il diritto di lottenere la limitazione di tali attività da parte del Licenziatario tramite equa riparazione (o indennizzo), ...etc...
