It's a tentative translation.
I think "uninhibited" can also means 「解き放たれた」,「好き放題の」, etc.

この文面だと、satisfaction事態がuninhibitedということになりますので、文字通りにいけばこういう和訳になるのではと思います。まあ、英語としてはちょっと変ですけど。

また、深読みしてみると、Janiceがuninhibitedly満足感を感じたという解釈も可能かと思います。その場合、「〜のとき、率直に感じたあの満足感」などの訳もありかもしれません。
