I think that these "fees" are management fees, the fees charged for managing assets. Since those managed assets have increased, so the revenues from these fees are higher.

Income has been generated by an increase in the fees charged. My "centre de gestion" (ARAMPLLA) refers to fee income, revenue from fees charged, in this way. It cannot be "cotisations" which are contributions - thus expenditure rather than income.
