Beziehen sich creation, imposition und acceleration jeweils auf indebtedness for borrowed money UND auf Encumbrances? Kann man das sinnvoll zusammenfassen?

Explanation:
Was den Bezug im Satz anbelangt, stimme ich Sabina zu. Aber ich sehe ein anderes Problem, denn mE beziehen sich "result in or require" nur aauf "creation or imposition", während sich das zweite "result in" nur auf "acceleration" bezieht. D.h. "creation or imposition" sind Folge oder Voraussetzung, während "acceleration" nur Folge ist(warum sollte sonst "result in" wiederholt werden?). Dadurch wird die Erklärung zwar komplizierter, aber die Übersetzung vielleicht einfacher, denn dann muss man nicht alle drei Substantive mit "indebtedness" und "encumbrances" verbinden, sondern erst mal "nur" zwei und könnte dann am Ende mit "oder zu deren ... führen" anschließen.
Ich weiß, ist keine sehr große Hilfe, aber vielleicht ein Denkanstoß. :-)
