Da, sunt întru totul de acord cu varianta ta. Am găsit chiar şi poze ale unui astfel de obiect, ca dovadă că există, iar termenul tău îl descrie destul de bine:

de acord cu FlorinU, mai ales că am făcut un google-search după combinaţia "lanţ DE ferăstrău" şi am obţinut 36 rezultate, însă în acelaşi timp am găsit 88 pentru "lanţ drujbă" (versiunea lui cristam).

Explanation:
O lată variantă... Merge şi varianta lui Rober doar că eu aş zice că pentru a traduce „lanţ de drujbă” ar trebui să fie „disk with CHAINSAW chain”. Dar sensul se redă OK şi aşa.
