French term

restant à courir à moins d'intégrer la partie terme

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) forward exchange contracts
cette réévaluation est imparfaite dans la mesure ***restant à courir à moins d'intégrer la partie terme*** de ces contrats

not yet matured unless x is part of the term portion

reste a courir= not yet matured

interest rate contracts must be revalued during the unexpired term [or term which has not yet expired//terms expired, right? ]unless they are part of the term portion of these contracts....

the unmatured [unexpired] portion of the interest rate contracts must be revalued at the forward rate unless they are part of the forward portion of these contracts..

yes cours à term would be forward rate BUT dón\'t you say unexpired portion rather than unmatured portion? I would put the bit about the unmatured or unexpired portion at the beginning...it reads better
