The "disquotal" was a bit more troublesome; however, Zahn does list "quotal" in another entry, quotale Haftung = proportional liability. Romain gives proportionate, on a quota basis and rateable for quotal. Something like distribution of profits not on a quota basis might also work for you. HTH! |
