I checked all the other abbreviations you were looking for, but found no intelligent explanations in the following 2 lists( but they might be useful for other terminology questions, so I am including them here) www.hsk.psi.ch/jab95-abk.html And there is this Lexikon der Kernenergie, avaiable as pdf file: www.fs.fzk.de/Lexikon/ - and, the best one: ww.infokreis-kernenergie.org/wissen/lexikon.cfm - 11k This last one is very comprehensive.
