zur Brei zerstampfen Explanation: anzitutto, una domanda: sei sicura che non sia "smielatura"? Allora sarebbe = Wabenauspressung smelmatura, purtroppo, nonl'ho mai sentita, a meno che non venga da melma e non significhi pigiatura, ridurre a melma allora auspressen andrebbe bene, zerstückeln un po' meno perchè non è spezzettare ma appunto ridurre in poltiglia = zur brei zerstampfen -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2003-11-03 13:39:10 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ho riletto meglio la tua domanda, penso che il senso di smelmare,smelmatura sia sì quello indicatoti sopra, solo che bisogna ricostruire in tedesco l\'assenza di smelmature dell\'originale. ora nonho tempo, magari più tardi.. Zerkleinerung Explanation: Wie smarinella schon richtig gesagt hat, bedeutet "smelmare" so etwas wie "zu Brei machen". Ich denke aber, dass der Fachausdruck in diesem Zusammenhang "Zerkleinerung" lautet. Wenn du diesen Ausdruck zusammen mit Wurtswaren, homogen oder kompakt in Google eingibst, erhälst du jede Menge Treffer. "Zerkleinerung" ist ja auch sehr allgemein, da kannst du sicher nichts verkehrt machen.
