Old Polish dumplings
Explanation:
Przymiotnik staropolski to Old Polish.

Old style

Explanation:
Name Pierogi is widely recognized in English speaking countries. Dumplings are really pyzy or knedle not pierogi. But that is close enough. What concerns me is Old Polish (dumplings) - this is a commonly made mistake - what you have now is stare (stale, not fresh) pierogi - not very apetizing in my opinion. If you are looking for staropolskie it should be Old Style.

Original Polish pierogi

Explanation:
As it is mentioned above word pierogis is recognized in the world and do not need translation (same as sulvyaki, pizza etc). The name "Old" refers to region in Poland rather than old style. However, it does not say much to people in other countries and could be confusing (e.g. old - not fresh as stated before).
To keep the name refering to original Polish recipe I'd suggest Original Polsh pierogis.
Old Polish Style pierogis is ok too, "original" is used more often in cases such this one though.
