uraz krêgos³upa szyjnego HWS-Trauma Explanation: lub je¶li masz jakie¶ bli¿sze informacje, mo¿e to byæ HWS-Schleudertrauma (tzw. Beschleunigungstrauma) Als Schleudertrauma bezeichnet man eine reine Weichteilverletzung im Bereich der Halswirbelsäule (HWS), die durch plötzliche, sehr starke Beugung und Überstreckung entsteht. Es kommt zu schmerzhafter Steilhaltung der HWS und schmerzhafter Muskelverspannung der Nacken- und Halsmuskulatur. Der Bandapparat der Halswirbel kann gezerrt oder eingerissen, Bandscheiben können verletzt sein und es kann zu Einblutungen kommen. Das Schleudertrauma wird meist durch einen Autounfall hervorgerufen. Beim Auffahren mit dem Auto oder beim Angefahrenwerden von hinten wird der Kopf nach vorne bzw. nach hinten geschleudert und die HWS dabei gewaltsam gebeugt bzw. überstreckt. Oft folgt auf das Trauma unmittelbar ein zweites in der entgegengesetzten Richtung (sogenannter Contrecoup).
