Spanish term or phrase: apropiación de utilidades de las empresas públicas
The word "utilidades" has so many different meanings, and this is an important document that can't have any conceptual errors. I think it means "appropriation of assets of public enterprises" - but if I'm mistaken, it's a big mistake, so please help me!

En el caso del Gobierno General se registran las rentas de la propiedad de activos recibidas y pagadas: son los ingresos por cobrar originados en activos propiedad del Gobierno utilizados en procesos productivos de los otros sectores institucionales (por ejemplo **apropiación de utilidades de las empresas públicas**) y las rentas por pagar que nacen en activos propiedad de otros sectores institucionales que el Gobierno ha utilizado en sus procesos productivos (por ejemplo intereses de la deuda pública)
