Me aseguran tener y tienen a mi juicio la capacidad legal necesaria para este otorgamiento y en tal virtud libre y voluntariamente, EXPONEN PRIMERO: Es la intención de los comparecientes contraer matrimonio entre sí y con motivo de dichas nupcias desean otorgar las siguientes CAPITULACIONES MATRIMONIALES las cuales llevan a cabo bajo las siguientes: CLÁUSULAS Y CONDICIONES PRIMERA: Los comparecientes desean mantener separadamente la propiedad y administración de todos sus respectivos bienes presentes y futuros. SEGUNDA: Los comparecientes estipulan que luego de celebrado el vínculo matrimonial, ni su matrimonio, ni sus bienes presentes o futuros, estarán sujetos al régimen de la sociedad legal de bienes gananciales provista en el Código Civil de Puerto Rico sino la separación de bienes según aquí expuesto. SEVENTH: For greater clarity, the parties state that all or any property they owned prior to their marriage or that they acquire after their marriage for any reason, shall also belong exclusively to the spouse that acquired that property, as the parties agree to wed in accordance with the rules of strict and absolute separation of property.
