Izgradnja Silosa

About Granexport
Granexport, company that specializes in export and import of cereals, was founded on September 8th, 1952. Since 1999 Granexport AD has been operating as a joint-stock company oriented on trade, production and services.
Granexport AD main activities are:
• Wholesale trade in maize and other cereals on domestic and foreign market,
• Production and trade in maize flour mill products.
Since the founding, Granexport AD has been creating a position of reliable business partner in agribusiness, both on domestic and foreign market.
Construction of the silo
In the full conviction that quality cereals trade also demands adequate storage and reloading structures, in 1969 Granexport decided to construct a silo in Pancevo with the capacity of 50,000 tons which today represents the largest loading-unloading cereals capacity on the Danube, upstream from Constanta. On the same location, by the Danube Port, next to the silo, in 1972 maize processing mill was put into operation, built entirely on Italian technology and with the capacity of 40,000 tons per year.
Relying mostly on South Banat as the source of raw materials, Granexport has maintained long term partnership with agricultural combines and also with large number of individual farmers.

Urethral sling
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT!
• This leaflet is designed to provide guidance for the correct use of single-use NovaSilk™ prostheses. It is not a reference guide for the treatment of prolapse.

BEFORE USING THESE IMPLANTS, PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The tape is a single-use implantable sterile medical device, which should be used in one patient only.
Aris™ tape consists of a knitted polypropylene monofilament with clear selvages.
Aris™ tape is designed to be a permanent implant and the mesh will not be either absorbed or degraded by tissue enzymes.
INDICATIONS
Aris™ tape is designed to support the urethra in the surgical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
All the normal contraindications to the use of urethral suspension tapes also apply to implantation of Aris™. These include, but are not limited to:
• Patients who are pregnant
• Patients who have not finished growing
• patients with a genitourinary infection (urinary infection, vaginal infection, etc.)
• patient undergoing pelvic radiotherapy

ADVERSE EVENTS
Adverse events following vaginal procedures involving the insertion of prosthetic material may also occur after implantation of Aris™. These adverse events include, but are not limited to:
• Local irritation or even a foreign body reaction.
• Foreign body reaction may take the form of onset of inflammatory granuloma, vaginal or urethral erosion or fistula formation. In any of these cases, it may be necessary to remove the tape.
• Vaginal discharge or bleeding; if this occurs, the patient should see her surgeon as soon as possible.
• Acute retention, temporary or permanent obstruction of the lower urinary tract if the tape has been stretched underneath the middle urethra during insertion.
If the procedure fails, it is important to reassess the patient’s case.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
• This product should only be used by surgeons qualified for this type of surgery.
• As talcum powder can cause inflammation, the tape should be handled with powder-free gloves, or else they should be rinsed with plenty of water beforehand.
• The procedure to insert the device requires a knowledge in the use of tunnellers.
• A check-cystoscopy is generally not required when the tape is inserted via the transobturator route. However, concomitant cystocele carriers an additional risk of bladder perforation by modifying the anatomical relationships. In this event, the surgeon should decide whether or not perioperative check-cystoscopy is required.
• If concomitant cystocele is being treated surgically, the cystocele should be treated first, and the incontinence treated afterwards. In this event, it is better to make two separate vaginal incisions.
• Check that the tape has been positioned tension-free under the middle part of the urethra.
• Do not let the tape come into contact with anything (staples, clips or clamps) that could damage it.
• This device is a single-use implant. It must not be re-used, so as to ensure that no transmissible agents are transmitted.
• After use, the product should be regarded as biologically hazardous. It should be handled and discarded in accordance with accepted medical practice and the current legal requirements and regulation.
• In the event of post-operative infectious complications near the implant site, complete removal of the tape is necessary.



ADVICE TO PATIENTS
• For one month after surgery, the patient should be advised against any major physical exertion (lifting heavy loads, sporting activities, etc.), to abstain from sexual intercourse and to avoid bathing.
• Patients may resume everyday activities about a fortnight after the procedure.
• The patient should be told to see her surgeon immediately if there is anything wrong or any dysfunction, particularly dysuria, bleeding, pain or fever.
• The patient should be informed that any future pregnancy may undo the benefits of this surgical procedure.


METHOD OF USE
Aris™ is supplied in a sterile pack. Before use, check that the pack has not been opened. Do not use the tape if the pack is open or damaged.
Aris™ tape may be inserted under general, regional, or local anesthesia.
The tape has been designed for insertion via the transobturator route, but may also be inserted via the retropubic route, using the instrumentation appropriate to each of these routes.
As Aris™ was designed specifically for the transobturator route, we only describe that surgical route here. It is possible to insert the tape by the retropubic route, using a suitable tunneller.

Transobturator procedure:
- The patient should be placed in the lithotomy position, with thighs bent back on the abdomen and buttocks over the edge od the table. This position should be adjusted according to the patient’s age and the flexibility of the spine and pelvis.
- A bladder catheter should be inserted to empty the bladder and identify the urethra during the procedure.
- With the index finger in the vagina and the thumb at the level of the obturator foramen, find the tunneller insertion point, which should be on a horizontal line going through the clitoral hood, on the lateral margin of the ischiopubic ramus.
- Make a vertical vaginal incision long enough to allow a finger to be introduced (about 2 cm).
- Dissect laterally using Metzenbaum scissors (in the direction of the ischiopubic ramus).
- Make an obturator skin incision on each side. This incision should be on a horizontal line passing through the clitoral hood.
- Introduce the tip of the tunneller into the obturator skin incision.
- Cross the obturator membrane (some resistance will be felt), then introduce a finger into the vaginal incision and make contact with the tip of tunneller.
- Bring the tip of the tunneller out into the vaginal incision, keeping a finger in contact with the tip to protect the urethra.
- Check visually that the tunneller has not pierced the vagina.
- Introduce about 3 cm of the tapered end of the tape into the eye of the tunneller.
- Put the tape into position by reversing the tunneller.
- It is important to leave a visible space (3-5 mm) between the urethra and the tape, so that the tape can be adjusted.
- Cut off any excess tape at the level of the obturator incisions.
- Separate the tape from the skin layers, and suture with a resorbable thread suture.
- Close the vaginal incision with interrupted sutures of gradually resorbable thread.


Store away from light in a cool, dry place.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged or open.
Do not reuse. Single-use device. Destroy after use. Sterile. Sterilized with ethylene oxide. Do not re-sterilize.

KONTRAINDIKACIJE
Sve uobičajene kontraindikacije pri upotrebi uretralnih suspenzornih traka odnose se i na implementaciju Aris™ traka. One obuhvataju, ali nisu ograničene na:
• Pacijentkinje koje su trudne
• Pacijentiknje koje su još u fazi razvoja
• pacijentkinje sa genitourinarnom infekcijom (urinarna infekcija, vaginalna infekcija itd.)
• pacijentkinje podvrgnute pelvičnoj radioterapiji

NEPOVOLJNA DEJSTVA
Nepovoljna propratna dejstva vaginalnih zahvata koji se odnose na umetanje protetičkog materijala mogu se javiti i nakon umetanja Aris™ traka. Ova nepovoljna dejstva obuhvataju, ali nisu ograničena na:
• Lokalnu iritaciju ili čak reakciju na strano telo.
• Reakcija na strano telo može se javiti u vidu začetka zapaljenskog granuloma, vaginalne ili uretralne erozije ili formiranja fistule. U bilo kom od ovih slučajeva može biti neophodno da se ukloni proteza.
• Vaginalnu sekreciju ili krvarenje; ako se to dogodi, pacijentkinja bi trebalo što pre da poseti svog hirurga.
• Akutnu retenciju, privremenu ili trajnu opstrukciju donjeg urinarnog trakta ako se traka rastegnula ispod središnjeg dela uretre tokom umetanja.
Ako zahvat ne uspe, važno je preispitati slučaj pacijentkinje.

UPOZORENJA I MERE PREDOSTROŽNOSTI PRI UPOTREBI
Ovaj proizvod treba da koriste samo hirurzi kvalifikovani za ovu vrstu operacija.
Obzirom da talk puder može izazvati zapaljenje, trakom treba rukovati u rukavicama bez pudera ili ih treba prethodno isprati sa dosta vode.
Procedura ubacivanja naprave zahteva poznavanje korišćenja kanila.
Kontrolna cistoskopija obično nije neophodna kada se traka ubacuje preko transopturatorske putanje. Međutim, prateća cistocela nosi dodatni rizik od perforacije bešike modifikujući anatomske odnose. U ovom slučaju, hirurg treba da odluči da li je neophodna perioperativna kontrolna cistoskopija.
Ako se prateća cistocela tretira hirurškim putem, najpre treba tretirati cisticelu, a nakon toga tretirati inkontinenciju. U tom slučaju bolje je napraviti dva odvojena vaginalna reza.
Proveriti da li je traka postavljena, bez zatezanja, ispod srednjeg dela uretre.
• Ne dozvoliti da traka dođe u kontakt sa bilo čim (klamerice, spajalice ili spone) što bi je moglo oštetiti.
Ova naprava je implant za jednokratnu upotrebu. Ne sme se koristiti više puta kako bi se osiguralo od prenosa bilo kog prenosivog činioca.
- Nakon upotrebe, ovaj proizvod treba smatrati biološki opasnim. Njime treba rukovati i odložiti ga u skladu sa prihvaćenom medicinskom praksom i aktuelnim zakonskim zahtevima i regulativom.
• U slučaju postoperativnih infektivnih komplikacija u blizini implanta, neophodno je potpuno uklanjanje trake.



SAVET ZA PACIJENTKINJE
Mesec dana nakon operacije, pacijentkinju treba savetovati da izbegava svako veće fizičko naprezanje (podizanje teških tereta, sportske aktivnosti itd.), da se uzdržava od seksualnih odnosa i da izbegava kupanje.
Pacijentkinje mogu nastaviti sa svakodnevnim aktivnostima oko dve nedelje nakon zahvata.
• Pacijentkinji treba reći da poseti odmah svog hirurga ako nešto nije u redu ili u slučaju disfunkcije, a naročito otežanog mokrenja, krvarenja, bola ili groznice.
Pacijentkinju treba obavestiti da svaka buduća trudnoća može narušiti blagotvornost ovog hirurškog zahvata.


NAČIN UPOTREBE
Aris™ se isporučuje u sterilnom pakovanju. Pre upotrebe proveriti da pakovanje nije otvoreno. Ne koristiti traku ako je pakovanje otvoreno ili oštećeno.
Aris™ traka može se umetnuti pod opštom, regionalnom ili lokalnom anestezijom.
Traka je dizajnirana da se umetne preko transopturatorske putanje, ali može se umetnuti i preko retropubične putanje, uz upotrebu odgovarajućih instrumenata za svaku od ovih putanja.
Pošto je Aris™ dizajniran upravo za transopturatorsku putanju, ovde opisujemo samo tu hiruršku putanju. Moguće je umetanje trake retropubičnom putanjom, uz korišćenje odgovarajuće kanile.

Transopturatorski zahvat:
- Pacijentkinju treba postaviti u litotomni položaj, sa butinama savijenim na stomaku i zadnjicom preko ivice stola. Ovaj položaj treba prilagoditi starosnoj dobi pacijentkinje i fleksibilnosti kičme i karlice.
- Treba ubaciti mokraćni kateter kako bi se ispraznila bešika i identifikovala uretra tokom zahvata.
- Kažiprstom u vagini i palcem u nivou otvora opturatora, pronaći tačku ubacivanja kanile, koja bi trebalo da se nalazi na horizontalnoj liniji koja prolazi kroz pokrovnu kožicu klitorisa, na bočnoj margini bedreno-pubične grane.
- Napraviti vertikalni vaginalni rez dovoljno dugačak da može da se ugura prst (oko 2 cm).
- Bočno zaseći uz pomoć Metzenbaum makaza (u pravcu bedreno-pubične grane).
- Napraviti rez na omotaču opturatora sa obe strane. Ovaj rez treba da bude na horizontalnoj liniji koja prolazi kroz pokrovnu kožicu klitorisa.
- Uvući vrh kanile u rez na omotaču opturatora.
- Preći membranu opturatora (osetiće se mali otpor), zatim uvući prst u vaginalni rez i ostvariti kontakt sa vrhom kanile.
- Uvesti vrh kanile u vaginalni rez, držeći prst na vrhu kako bi se zaštitila uretra.
- Vizuelno proveriti da kanila nije probušila vaginu.
- Uvući oko 3 cm zašiljenog dela trake u okce kanile.
- Postaviti traku na mesto obrtanjem kanile.
- Važno je ostaviti vidljiv prostor (3-5 mm) između uretre i trake kako bi se traka mogla podesiti.
- Odseći sav višak trake u nivou reza opturatora.
- Odvojiti traku od slojeva kože i zašiti resorptivnim koncem.
- Zatvoriti vaginalni rez isprekidanim ušivanjem gradualno resorptivnim koncem.

Outline
• While former ICs (Instrument Cluster) received and sent nearly all input and output signals using the analog technology, modern ICs are part of a CAN bus system which is used for the transfer route of most input and output signals to the IC.
• Along with the spreading of the CAN bus, the control functions of the IC have been extended widely. The source signals for classic IC functions like vehicle speed, engine speed and engine coolant temperature are sent from the PCM to the IC microprocessor via the CAN bus. According to those signals the microprocessor controls the gauges, which are operating as stepping motors.
• The source signal for the fuel level indication still is an analog voltage signal, whereby the fuel level is usually indicated via a gauge. The Mazda2 (DE) cluster, however, uses an LCD with segments for the fuel level indication. Also different to other models on the Mazda2, is the indication of the engine coolant temperature: Instead of a gauge, a blue LED is used indicating low engine coolant temperature, while a red warning LED is used indicating too high engine coolant temperature.
• Most of the LED type warning and indicator lights are predominantly controlled by the IC microprocessor.
• With the IC of the Mazda2, Mazda introduced the automatic configuration function. This function automatically configures a renewed DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) module with data provided by the IC via CAN bus when the ignition is switched on.
• Some vehicle variants with D-PATS (without advanced keyless entry function) additionally have the immobilizer control function integrated in the IC. When replacing the IC, this layout requires certain programming procedures before the engine will start (refer to the workshop manual section ‘Immobilizer system component replacement’).
• Another function of the IC (depending on model and equipment) is to calculate certain drive information data, like ambient temperature, average fuel consumption, etc. The drive information data are output via an LCD, which is either located as separate information display in the dashboard or integrated in the cluster.
• The welcome mode, introduced with the Mazda6 (GH), is a feature to welcome the driver. Depending on vehicle equipment various illumination lights of the IC and dashboard are turned on when the driver opens the door.
• As diagnostic feature some of the currently used ICs have the ‘input/output check mode’ function, while other variants feature an OBD system that outputs trouble codes and parameter data via the M-MDS tester.




• The IC function list of the Mazda6 (GH) shown below, exemplarily gives an overview of most functions integrated in a currently used IC. However, the functional range of the IC varies depending on the model.

Front Seat Belt Reminder System
• Mazda’s passenger vehicles are equipped with a seat belt reminder system for the front seats. When the driver or the passenger is unfastened (seat belt unbuckled), a warning LED and an intermittent tone warn the occupants to fasten the seat belts.

Operation
• When the SAS CM detects an open circuit of the front seat belt buckles or the occupancy sensor it sends a corresponding signal via the CAN bus or normal wires to the BCM that forwards the information to the IC.
• Depending on the signals from the seat belt buckles/occupancy sensor and the vehicle speed signal, the IC controls driver and passenger seat belt warning light and the warning buzzer accordingly.
• The passenger seat belt warning light is located in the area of the center console, e.g. in the panel of the hazard warning light. The warning light for the driver seat belt is always located in the IC.

• On some models the status of each rear seat belt buckle is also monitored and indicated. The warning LEDs for the status of the rear seat belt buckles are, just like a warning buzzer, installed in the rear seat belt reminder indicator.

Operation
• After the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, each indicator illuminates continuously while the generator warning light is illuminating:
– Green when the seat belt is fastened (buckle switch is on).
– Red when the seat belt is not fastened (buckle switch is off).

• Each indicator turns off if the condition corresponds to any of the following:
– When the ignition switch is in the LOCK position.
– When approx. 40 s have elapsed since the generator warning light turned off (engine runs).

• If the buckle switch signal changes (on to off, or off to on) with the ignition switch in the ON position and the seat belt indicator light is not illuminated, the corresponding indicator light turns on.
• In addition, when the buckle switch is changed from off to on (seat belt was unfastened), the buzzer inside the rear seat belt reminder indicator sounds for approx. 0.5 s to alert the driver.

• Dok su prethodne IC (Instrument Cluster=Instrument tabla) primale i slale gotovo sve ulazne i izlazne signale koristeći analognu tehnologiju, moderne IC deo su sistema CAN (Mreža zone kontrolora) sabirnice koja se koristi za transfersku putanju većine ulaznih i izlaznih signala u IC.
• Uporedo sa rasprostranjivanjem CAN sabirnice, IC kontrolne funkcije široko se protežu. Izvorni signali za klasične IC funkcije, kao što je brzina vozila, brzina motora i temperatura tečnosti za hlađenje motora, šalju se iz PCM-a (Kontrolni modul prenosnog mehanizma) u IC mikroprocesor putem CAN sabirnice. Na osnovu tih signala mikroprocesor kontroliše merače koji rade kao step motori.
• Izvorni signal za prikazivanje nivoa goriva još uvek je signal analognog napona, po čemu se nivo goriva obično prikazuje putem merača. Sistem opomene za vezivanje prednjih pojaseva
• Mazdina putnička vozila opremljena su sistemom opomene za vezivanje pojaseva za prednja sedišta. Kada vozač ili suvozač nije vezan (pojas je otkopčan), alarmna LED i isprekidani zvuk upozoravaju one koji zauzimaju sedišta da vežu pojaseve.

Rad

Rad

Fundamentals
• Increasing requirements on the headlight system in modern vehicles led to the discharge light technology. The discharge headlight is also known as xenon light according to the inert gas in the bulb.
• The discharge headlight offers a light efficiency about three times higher than a conventional bulb of the same power. This means that a 35-watt xenon bulb achieves a higher light yield than a conventional 55-watt halogen-type bulb.
• Due to the very bright light and thus the risk of blinding the oncoming traffic, law prescribes an automatic headlight leveling system and a headlight washer system when discharge headlights are installed.

NOTE: Further fundamental information about the discharge headlight can be found in the curriculum course ‘Advanced Electrics’ (CT-L2007).

• Mazda introduced the discharge headlights into European markets with the launch of the Mazda6 (GG/GY).
• The discharge headlight system basically comprises:
– Projector-type headlight with discharge bulb

• The discharge headlight as installed for the Mazda3 is typical for the discharge headlight systems used by Mazda.

Hi/Low Beam by Two Bulbs
• On vehicles with discharge headlights Mazda typically uses a front combination lamp with a discharge bulb for the low beam and a halogen bulb for the high beam. While the discharge bulb is always combined with a projector-type reflector, the high beam is used in conjunction with a free form-type reflector.

Hi/Low Beam by One Bulb
• The new Mazda6 (GH) with AFS (Adaptable Front lighting System) is the first model that is available with discharge headlights using one projector-type reflector for low and high beam in common.
• A shade covers light in the high-beam region to block light aimed in the upward direction. As a result only the light aimed in the downward direction is emitted via the lens.

• If a HI or passing signal is output by the headlight switch, the high-beam solenoid is energized via the HI beam relay to move the lower part of the shade. Consequently the shade rotates downward and the high-beam light is emitted as a result of the shade rotation.

Diagnostics and Repair
• The discharge headlight control module monitors and controls the current flow to maintain optimum brightness and lighting stability. In addition to that it uses two failure detection functions:
– Input failure detection
– Output failure detection

Abnormal Input Detection Function
• If the discharge headlight control module input voltage (9-16 V) fails to maintain operational voltage (except for the drop in voltage immediately after the headlights are turned on), the discharge headlight control module turns the headlights off for system protection and to prevent partial operation errors.
• The discharge headlight control module turns the headlights on again at resumption of normal operational voltage.

Abnormal Output Detection Function
• If there is an abnormality in the output system (detects an open or short circuit to ground in harness), the discharge headlight control module turns the headlights off for system protection and to prevent partial operation errors.
• If the discharge headlight control module turns the headlights off due to an abnormality in the output system, the discharge headlight control module will maintain them in the off condition until the light switch is turned again from off to on.

CAUTION: Incorrect servicing of the discharge headlights may cause electrical shock! Before servicing the discharge headlights, always refer to the ‘Discharge headlight service warnings’ in the workshop manual.




Outline
• Since the 1990s each new passenger car registered in Europe is equipped with a headlight leveling system that allows the driver to adjust the vehicle headlights manually according to the vehicle’s load condition. With the introduction of the discharge headlight a headlight auto leveling system became mandatory ensuring that the very bright beam of the discharge bulb will not glare other traffic participants.
• The headlight auto leveling system basically consists of one or two potentiometer-type vehicle level sensors, the auto level control module and two headlight actuators featuring step-type motors for precise headlight adjustment.
• The Mazda3 (BK) and the Mazda5 (CR) only use one leveling sensor installed on the rear axle. All other models employ two vehicle level sensors: One sensor mounted on the front axle and the second sensor mounted on the rear axle.
• The auto leveling control function is usually accommodated in a separate auto leveling control module. However, there are two exemptions:
– The Mazda6 (GG/GY) integrates the control function of the auto leveling system in the control module of the discharge headlight system.
– The Mazda6 (GH) integrates the control function of the auto leveling system in the AFS control module.

Operation
• The vehicle level sensors measure the change in the vehicle altitude, e.g. due to varying load conditions, and send this information to the auto leveling control module, which additionally receives information about the vehicle speed, the light status (ON/OFF).
• The headlight auto leveling system is activated, when the engine is running and the headlights are turned on. When the vehicle is moving with a constant vehicle speed between 3 - 180 km/h for 3 s continuously, the auto-leveling control module calculates the average value of the vehicle altitude during this period and controls the headlight leveling actuators accordingly. As a result any surface irregularities and pitching of the vehicle under braking and acceleration are filtered out, preventing unnecessary changes in the optical axis direction

Osnove
• Sve veći prohtevi u vezi sistema farova kod modernih vozila doveli do tehnologije svetala sa gasnim pražnjenjem. Far sa gasnim pražnjenjem poznat je i kao ksenonsko svetlo, po inertnom gasu u sijalici.
• Far sa gasnim pražnjenjem pruža svetlosnu efikasnost tri puta veću nego uobičajena sijalica iste snage. To znači da ksenonska sijalica od 35 vati postiže veći svetlosni efekat nego uobičajena halogena sijalica od 55 vati.
• Zbog veoma jarkog svetla i time opasnosti od zaslepljivanja vozila koja dolaze u susret, zakon propisuje sistem automatskog podešavanja nivoa farova i sistem perača farova kada su instalirani farovi sa gasnim pražnjenjem.

NAPOMENA: Dodatne osnovne informacije o faru sa gasnim pražnjenjem mogu se naći u nastavnom planu obuke "Napredna elektrika" (CT-L2007).

Kratak pregled
• Mazda je uvela farove sa gasnim pražnjenjem na evropska tržišta izbacivanjem modela Mazda6 (GG/GY).
• Sistem farova sa gasnim pražnjenjem u osnovi uključuje:
– Projektorski far sa sijalicom sa gasnim pražnjenjem
– Dva kontrolna modula farova
– Sistem automatskog podešavanja nivoa farova
– Sistem perača farova



• Far sa gasnim pražnjenjem kakav je instaliran na Mazdi3, tipičan je za sisteme farova sa gasnim pražnjenjem koje koristi Mazda.
• Kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem direktno je instaliran na donjoj strani svakog fara. On jednosmernu struju iz akumulatora pretvara u naizmeničnu struju (25,000 V) i optimalno kontroliše izlaz dotoka struje u sijalicu.

Varijante prednjeg kombinovanog svetla
Visok/nizak snop putem dve sijalice
• Na vozilima sa farovima sa gasnim pražnjenjem Mazda tipično koristi prednju kombinovanu svetiljku sa sijalicom sa gasnim pražnjenjem za nizak snop i halogenom sijalicom za visok snop. Dok je sijalica sa gasnim pražnjenjem uvek kombinovana sa projektorskim reflektorom, visoki snop se koristi u spoju sa reflektorom slobodnog oblika.

Visok/nizak snop putem jedne sijalice
• Nova Mazda6 (GH) sa AFS-om (Adaptable Front lighting System=Sistem podesivih prednjih svetala) prvi je raspoloživi model sa farovima sa gasnim pražnjenjem koji koriste projektorski reflektor za nizak i za visok snop zajedno.
• Zastor prekriva svetlo u predelu visokog snopa kako bi blokirao svetlo upereno nagore. Kao rezultat, samo svetlo upereno nadole emituje se putem sočiva.

• Ako se prekidačem za farove proizvede HI ili prolazni signal, solenoid visokog snopa puni se energijom putem releja HI snopa da bi pomerio donji deo zastora. Shodno tome zastor se okreće nadole i emituje se svetlo visokog snopa kao rezultat rotacije zastora.

Dijagnostika i popravka
• Kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem prati i kontroliše protok struje kako bi se održala optimalna sjajnost i svetlosna stabilnost. Sem toga, on koristi dve funkcije uočavanja prekida:
– Uočavanje prekida ulaza
– Uočavanje prekida izlaza

Funkcija uočavanja abnormalnog ulaza
• Ako ulazni napon (9-16 V) kontrolnog modula fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem ne uspe da održi radni napon (sem kada dođe do pada napona neposredno po uključivanju farova), kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem isključuje farove radi zaštite sistema i da bi sprečio delimične radne greške.
• Kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem ponovo uključuje farove po uspostavljanju normalnog radnog napona.

Funkcija uočavanja abnormalnog izlaza
• Ako postoji abnormalnost u sistemu izlaza (uočava otvoren ili kratak spoj na masi kabalskog stabla), kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem isključuje farove radi zaštite sistema i da bi sprečio delimične radne greške.
• Ako kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem isključi farove usled abnormalnosti u sistemu izlaza, kontrolni modul fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem držaće ih isključene sve dok se svetlosni prekidač ne prebaci ponovo sa isključenog na uključeno.

OPREZ: Nepravilno servisiranje farova sa gasnim pražnjenjem može prouzrokovati strujni udar! Pre servisiranja farova sa gasnim pražnjenjem, uvek pogledajte "Upozorenja za servisiranje farova sa gasnim pražnjenjem“ u priručniku za radionicu.




Kratak pregled
• Od 1990-ih svaki novi putnički auto registrovan u Evropi opremljen je sistemom za podešavanje nivoa farova koji omogućava vozaču da ručno podesi farove vozila prema opterećenju vozila. Sa uvođenjem fara sa gasnim pražnjenjem, sistem za automatsko podešavanje nivoa farova postao je obavezan, obezbeđujući da veoma sjajan snop sijalice sa gasnim pražnjenjem ne zaslepljuje druge učesnike u saobraćaju.
• Sistem automatskog podešavanja nivoa farova u osnovi se sastoji od jednog ili dva potenciometarska senzora nivoa vozila, kontrolnog modula automatskog podešavanja nivoa vozila i dva pokretača farova koje karakterišu stepeni motori za precizno podešavanje fara.
• Samo Mazda3 (BK) i Mazda5 (CR) koriste jedan senzor podešavanja nivoa instaliran na zadnjoj osovini. Svi ostali modeli upotrebljavaju dva senzora nivoa vozila: jedan senzor postavljen na prednjoj osovini i drugi senzor postavljen na zadnjoj osovini.
• Kontrolna funkcija automatskog podešavanja nivoa obično je smeštena u odvojeni kontrolni modul automatskog podešavanja nivoa. Međutim, postoje dva izuzetka:
– Mazda6 (GG/GY) integriše kontrolnu funkciju sistema za podešavanje nivoa u kontrolni modul sistema farova sa gasnim pražnjenjem.

Rad
• Senzori nivoa vozila mere promene u visini vozila, na pr. usled različitih uslova opterećenja, i šalju tu informaciju u kontrolni modul automatskog podešavanja nivoa koji dodatno prima informacije o brzini vozila, statusu svetala (ON/OFF).
• Sistem automatskog podešavanja nivoa farova je aktiviran kada motor radi i kada su uključeni farovi. Kada se vozilo kreće stalnom brzinom vozila između 3 i 180 km/h, neprekidno 3 s, kontrolni modul automatskog podešavanja nivoa izračunava prosečnu vrednost visine vozila tokom tog perioda i kontroliše pokretače podešavanja nivoa farova shodno tome. Kao rezultat, svaka neravnina na putu i ugibanje vozila pri kočenju i ubrzavanju se filtrira, sprečavajući nepotrebne promene u pravcu optičke osovine.
