Creating forms that users will view and complete in XYZ.
This show demonstrates the process to create forms that users will view and complete in XYZ.
The process enables you to collect and provide data in XYZ by creating customized forms.
On the XYZ menu, click New.
In Templates, select My Templates.
Click Blank Document.
In the Create New area, select the Template radio button, and click OK.
On the XYZ menu, select Save As, and click XYZ Template.
In the File Name field, enter the path and name for the template.
From the Save As Type drop-down, select XYZ Template, and click Save.
Click the Developer tab.
In the Controls group, click Design Mode.
To enable users to enter text, click Rich Text.
To insert a drop-down menu, click Drop-Down List.
In the Controls area, click Properties to open the Content Control dialog box.
In the Drop-Down List Properties list box, click Add.
In the Display Name field, enter a value, and click OK.
Click Add to add more options to the drop-down list.
Click OK to return to the form.
Repeat the same process to place more options on the form.
To protect parts of the form, click Properties.
To protect the content controls from being deleted, select the Content Control Cannot Be Deleted checkbox.
To protect the content from being edited, select the Contents Cannot Be Edited checkbox.
To secure a document, in the Protect group, click Protect Document.

No menu XYZ, clique em Novo.
Em Modelos, selecione Meus modelos.
Clique em Documento em branco.
Na área Criar novo, selecione o botão de opção Modelo, e clique em OK.
No menu XYZ, clique em Salvar como, e clique em Modelo do XYZ.
No campo Nome do arquivo, digite o caminho e nome para o modelo.
A partir da lista suspensa Salvar como tipo, clique em Modelo do XYZ, e clique em Salvar.
Clique na guia Desenvolvedor.
Na área Controles, clique em Modo de design.
Para permitir que usuários digitem texto, clique em Rich text.
Para inserir um menu suspenso, clique em Lista suspensa.
Na área Controles, clique em Propriedades para abrir a caixa de diálogo Propriedades de controle de conteúdo.
Na caixa de lista Propriedades de lista suspensa, clique em Adicionar.

I was born in Brazil where I lived on and off for 15 years. I have been living in the U.S. also on and off since 1979 and therefore, I speak fluent English without an accent with full comprehension of the American language and culture. I also lived in Mexico and Argentina for three years, where I attended the local schools, learning fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
I have been working as a professional translator for a learning software company since 2007. I have a good working knowledge of SDL Trados, and I’m working on advancing my knowledge to gain certification. I am flexible, reliable, curious and continually pursuing self-learning opportunities with a love for new topics and challenges. I am a localization specialist for software, hardware, web sites and some IT related subjects. But my fields of experience and interests include also: history, travel and tourism, literature, media, movies, advertising, among others.
Besides working with the English – Brazilian Portuguese language pair, I can easily work with the reverse language pair Brazilian Portuguese - English.
I can also work with text revision, text comparison, and being a graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, narration and dubbing.
I am looking for a remote translator position and/or assignments. Localization of software, web site and IT related subjects would be my perfect fit, as well as tourism and travel, although any of my areas of interest would be challenging and fulfilling.
