Italian term

preesistenza comunicativa dei clienti assistiti

Italian to English Marketing Advertising / Public Relations
I'm not managing to wrestle this phrase into English:

Context: this is from a set of marketing materials for a firm that does branding, industrial films, and PR generally. They've just finished explaining their philosophy for reaching even marginal markets via their particular approach to marketing and PR, and they then say

"Da qui [that is, born from this approach is] l’importanza della preesistenza comunicativa dei clienti assistiti...."

Does this make sense to anyone? Thanks!

existing relations ... assistance is given (see below)

"That is why existing relations with customers to whom assistance is given is important"
The "communicativa" could mean they have just sent them advertising blurb or something more. "That is why" you could replace maybe with "hence" or reword the whole thing to fit the Italian context, which you didn't give.

agree ivanamdb : I found the source website and that seems to be the idea in Italian - un originale "arzigogolato"...
