with good reason / justice Explanation: it depends on the rest of the sentence if it's general, then GDT's "le bon droit" if it means justice here, you would not say "good justice" by opposition as "bad justice" ie bad judgment? mais ça ferait une répétition peut-être "les bonnes lois et la justice humaine" si ça ne s'éloigne pas trop de l'original Reference: http://granddictionnaire.com |

moral justification Explanation: Or righteousness. This is what the following contexts suggest to me: http://www.francetelecom.com/fr/espaces/investisseurs/actual... http://www.humanite.presse.fr/journal/1992-04-20/1992-04-20-... http://www.lemonde.fr/web/archive/1,0-0,50-694888@45-2005100... http://www.liberation.fr/page.php?Article=35946 Good luck |

justness; equity Explanation: I agree with Anna about the translation she proposes for her examples, but I believe that in your title "justness" is more accurate and fitting. As in "le bon droit de son cause". Depending on context, even "equity" might be appropriate and "equity and human justice" do get a few hits: http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&rls=... |
