le bon droit et la justice humaine...

I'm in a bit of a quandary here about how to translate le bon droit as I would interpret this as justice.
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

justness; equity
Explanation:
I agree with Anna about the translation she proposes for her examples, but I believe that in your title "justness" is more accurate and fitting. As in "le bon droit de son cause".

Depending on context, even "equity" might be appropriate and "equity and human justice" do get a few hits:

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your answer. I chose equity in the end as it did seem to fit the context best (social commitment).

with good reason / justice

Explanation:
it depends on the rest of the sentence
if it's general, then GDT's "le bon droit"
if it means justice here, you would not say "good justice" by opposition as "bad justice" ie bad judgment?
mais ça ferait une répétition
peut-être "les bonnes lois et la justice humaine"
si ça ne s'éloigne pas trop de l'original
