Ciebie doesn't require any special characters. Regardless of which one you use, I am sure she'll understand you!

neutral	Jaroslaw : There are situations where we say "Kocham Cię" and there are other times where we say "Kocham Ciebie". These two translations mean: "I love you" but you have to know which to use when. It all depends on what has been said (if anything) right before that. 1 hr
