record of decisions issued Explanation: This is saying that the original copy of the decision issued should be appended to the court's record of decisions issued. In Spain a "legajo" is literally a type of cardboard binder held together with tied ribbons. It is my understanding that Spanish court proceedings are now completely computerized but it may be that in this court they are not and that decisions are actually physically bound together in the court's record, or that this secretario judicial still uses the old terminology and calls the court record "legajo de decretos." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 37 mins (2007-10-10 13:45:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I would not use the word "judgment" here because these are non-contentious proceedings ("jurisdicción voluntaria), so it is my understanding that the decision issued is not a "sentencia" (judgment), but rather a "decreto." |
