The term appears in a paper on the anti-hepatic side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatories. The paper says that "en ce qui concerne le mécanisme de ces atteintes hépatiques. il est classique de differencier:" and then under the heading "l'atteinte de type immuno-allergique" lists "existence d'auto-anticorps anti-organites à des taux significatifs, etc.". A Google search gives articles that provide a good sense of what is involved, but do not give the corresponsing English term of art.

neutral  Eric Bullington: Hi Karen. I don't think anti-organ is typically used by native English speakers. The hits I see on the web come from Polish and Russian authors and other non-native speakers. However, your idea seems to be correct, in that the antibodies target organs
