- subdom./tercera - dom./quinta.

Explanation:
As I read Sebastián's posting, I think I understand him to say that the keys are ones which have a lot of sharps and flats. Whereas I understand this phrase to mean that the arpeggios are in keys such as Csharp major, for example, or B flat minor.

His description of an arpeggio triad is sound and clear. This page may help in visualizing exactly what a triad arpeggio is: http://albertopalomo.20fr.com/arpegios.htm

By the way, by default, an arpeggio IS a triad arpeggio. You would be expected to play the sharp and flat key ones on the piano for instance for the higher grade exams (along with all the rest!). Happy memories...?!

agree  Marcelo Silveyra: This one's also possible; it's impossible to know without more context (but an arpeggio is not necessarily a triad arpeggio - you could be arpeggiating dominant 7 chords, diminished 7 chords...even French augmented sixth chords!)

-> Yes, there are indeed all sorts of poss arpeggios, but these are typical in exam/curriculum description situations - which we may find to be the context....

neutral  Sebastián Castillo Thomas: No, I said that, in this context, key is "armadura de clave" (which flats and sharps the scale has) and not "clave". The "armadura de clave" defines in which tone we're playing :)

-> Yes, I follow you on which flats and sharps come up in which key, which is what I thought you were saying. Thanks for clarification. have a harmonious w/e!
