Hi All,
This is in a text about the mobility of uni students. I don't quite get what mentions means here. I assume the course and IR boards give info about funding, perhaps in 'notices' advertising the course, to set up channels or pathways between countries?

Depending upon how it is used, mention can also mean area or concentration. I'm assuming within the overall department or program there are several different degree tracks.

In an educational context "mention" normall refers to the type of grade, eg mention bien = upper second (GB) or Cum laude (US) and mention très bien = 1st class honours or magna cum laude.
