Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
Does anyone know what an "empresa STO" is? Here is the context:

Siendo XXX una ***empresa STO***, la fuente de solución de estas carencias está dentro del grupo, así como homologaciones y certificados de alcance europeo.

Thanks for your willingness to help with this - the answer was staring me in the face - it is a company belonging to the "STO" group in Spain.
