incapacitated Explanation: Suena raro pero este término se encuentra bastantes veces. Puedes echar una ojeada al black's law dictionary y lo explica bien. A falta de pan... http://www.thefreedictionary.com/incapacitated Como verás en la segunda definición ya te da dos "quasi-sinónimos" (to make legally ineligible or disqualify). Como dices dependiendo del contexto podrías utilizar "disqualified" o "incapacitated". unable Explanation: unable to fulfil his duties. Discualified es un término posible cuando se refiere a la inhabilitación para desempeñar un cargo público, pero un fiduciario no lo es. Creo que unable es el término que aplica en este caso. |
