Sorry for the confusion. The translation should be more literate. Further, the text runs as following:
...тот, кто проиграет, должен будет в течение 10 дней снять голову с начальника и отнести ее к проходной будке.

agree Dylan Edwards : This seems to work best. I'd use "boss's". It's quite often "stakes", in fact my dictionary even says "usu. stakes"./Yes, they're matters of style. What proportion of people would write and say "boss's"? - well, it's really a matter for forum discussion.

Thank you, Dylan. All are a matter of style, I prefer an apostrophe and a singular form of "stake" in this case.
