Oświadczenia i zapewnienia
Tak wygląda ten zapis w polskich umowach. Nie widziałam nigdzie, aby ktoś przetłumaczył to "deklaracje i gwarancje". W umowach naszych występują raczej "Oświadczenia i zapewnienia" jako "representations and warranties".
