There is an idiomatic expression in English, to view something from a fishbowl...

(it means under public scrutiny, essentially.)

In the case of a camera lense, it might refer to an underwater lense or other equipment?

In the context of the diagram's depiction, I think here 視点 would be "focal point," since it defines it as "どこーをー見るか” where you are looking, or the point that you are looking at, not the where you are looking FROM. (Also "focal point" is a common term in photography/graphic design.)

魚の目 : ) 魚の目 normally reminds me of warts on my toes...!　Bird's view has a proper Japanese translation word as　鳥瞰図 but I hever heard the other views before. Thanks!

Hmm, the more I think about it, 魚の目 sounds more like what we would describe as "seeing the world from inside out." It also occurs to me there's a problem with "bug's eye view" in that in English this simply describes how you physically perceive the world from a low position, while the Japanese term implies what we would perhaps describe as having a "multifaceted view" of the world (thinking of a fly's eye here). In that light, you're not going to get three English expressions that simply pair up with their Japanese counterparts. That said, you might browse around the websites of U.S./U.K. management consultancies to see what you get--it could be that the site you cite is translating some trendy new consultantspeak goobledygook. :-)

I agree that the first four sound right to me in English, at least if the context of your document deals with human relations and human (mental) perceptions rather than camera lenses or the workings of the eye. However, in addition to altering the first of the next three to "bird's eye view" as suggested, I'd also change the second one to "bug's [NOT insect] eye view." "Fish-eye," as has been pointed out, can be a bird of a problematic different feather (if I may mix all the metaphors thoroughly :-). I'm not sure how to solve that one, especially since the reference you offer makes it clear we really don't need to be talking about a fish per se. I can't think of any pat expression or idiom that would cover it like the other ones.

Sounds good to me. I think you've distinguished each of the first four words (視点, 視野, 視座, 視界) quite accurately.
For the other types of "eyes" I would put "view" rather than "perspective", simply because you hear the phrase "bird's-eye view" more commonly.
