Dlatego pisałem, że to drugi termin. Mam argumenty na to, że "competitive differentiation" można/należy tłumaczyć jako "przewaga konkurencyjna" - ale znowu powstanie chaos dwuterminowy.:-( Jeśli ten termin jest wątpliwy, to prosi się o oddzielne pytanie.:-)
