provide information and render accounts Explanation: means that the defendant must also provide details such as who he supplied, and submit accounts as to expenditure, revenue etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 15 hrs (2012-02-13 09:47:27 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Rechnungslegung comes up in practically every second court submission I have had to translate and it is clear from the further discussion in the submission that rendering accounts is what is meant. |
