agree  Ioana Claudia Popa: De acord cu traducerea lui "substituted party". "Substituting party" inseamna insa "parte substitutiva", ca fenomen activ, adica partea care o substituie pe cealalta, aceasta din urma fiind cea substituita, adica "substituted party".
