facultades solidarias

As the text of the POA, and also its corresponding registration entry into the Companies Register, differentiates on the one hand the single person holding POA (the solidaria), and on the other hand the multiple persons (the mancomunadas), I have taken this, in this particular case, to mean the the former will act individually and the latter have to act jointly. Even though solidaria doesnt normally mean independent, I understand it to have this meaning, and it can't just be a copying mistake, because the Registry entry also specifies the two different types of POA as being solidaria (1 person) and mancomunada (several persons).

No more context...prior to the paragraph quoted it says the Minutes of the Board meeting were drawn up and approved, and after the paragraph starts the list of powers. Later on he has a second appointment together with others to act jointly.

Indicated in http://antonioestebancom.blogspot.com/2010/12/modelo-de-esta... . The options are "administrador único" (who is just one person), multiple people with "facultades solidarias" (in which one person can exercise the powers and have the decisions be binding on the other persons with powers) and "facultades mancomunadas" (which means the person needs the authorization of the others to act). So in the text we have before us, this person can exercise the powers after "solidarias" without getting anyone else's approval and for the powers to be exercised "conjunta y mancomunadamente", this person needs to get the approval of the other people (who presumably are indicated).
I think this text got copied from another one that doesn't apply to this situation (hence my reference to "boilerplate").

I think stuff got copied (i.e., from something for two or more people). What I understand when two or more people are involved is that if one person exercises these powers, it binds all the other people with these powers.

so I will not post as an answer. Can "solidario" in relation to a single individual simply mean "with binding effect"? This needs to be considered.
