As the text of the POA, and also its corresponding registration entry into the Companies Register, differentiates on the one hand the single person holding POA (the solidaria), and on the other hand the multiple persons (the mancomunadas), I have taken this, in this particular case, to mean the the former will act individually and the latter have to act jointly. Even though solidaria doesnt normally mean independent, I understand it to have this meaning, and it can't just be a copying mistake, because the Registry entry also specifies the two different types of POA as being solidaria (1 person) and mancomunada (several persons).
