and here's a wee definition:
a budget that summarises the expected cash inflows and the expected cash outflows of an organisation over a budget period, usually prepared on a monthly basis.

Not sure about this, but given that a junta general ordinario is an ANNUAL meeting, perhaps they mean the annual cash flow forecast here (would that fit in with the months it covers?)
