The corresponding refractory blocks 223 of the outer ring 26 present a cooperating anchoring portion, e.g. a conjugated mushroom-shaped recess 233 on their concave inner face. The anchoring protrusions 231 and recesses 233 are configured with conjugated shape so as to warrant a sort of "loose" form-fit (positive fit) engagement.
