Em nghĩ ở context này, "compensation" đích thị là "remuneration" như anh nghĩ.
Theo em hiểu "compensation" không chỉ là "in cash" (thù lao/tiền công" mà còn là các "benefits" khác (chẳng hạn, phụ cấp xe cộ, kỳ nghỉ, bảo hiểm...).
Nếu vậy, trong tiếng Việt có thể dùng từ "chế độ đãi ngộ" là khá đủ ý.

Compensation có 3 nghĩa chính: thù lao, trợ cấp, bồi thường.
Unemployment compensation = unemployment benefits.
Có khi cùng nghĩa với nhau.
Nhưng khi nói về "workers compensation" thì nên dùng "bồi thường" vì nó không nói về thù lao hoặc trợ cấp. Nó nói về việc bồi thường cho người lao động bị thương hoặc bị bệnh do công việc làm. Hope that helps.

Mình tường phần definition cũng nằm trong tài liệu dịch. Nếu không thì compensation ở đây có lẽ có nghĩa là benefits. Nếu là tiền công thì sẽ không gọi là "types of compensation". Có thể dịch là "Bạn hưởng được những lợi ích nào từ công ty". Hoặc có thể hỏi khách cho rõ nghĩa hơn vì câu hỏi này rất bao quát.
