One party is running a website for/used by the other party, right? So what's happening is that the tech party provides all data to the other party: not just orders that consumers make on the website, but also how long they stay on the site, what they look at, what they click on, etc., etc.
The Wiki page goes through the basics, and that page just uses the word "behavior".
I think "behavior data, click data, etc." would probably cover it.
