This is just an employee's comment in a survey. The Spanish at times is poor (as you can see from the writing) which I think contributes to my doubting myself.
Upon first reading it the translation seemed obvious...but then I started to wonder.

No favoritism...
I think this has to do with practising favoritism among employees.
However, the use of the subjunctive raises the question of whether or not the survey respondent *wishes management DIDN't practice favoritism* or rather *appreciates the absence of favoritism.* Could you provide the question that was being answered?
