From the fairly clear description given, this sounds to me like where incoming and outgoing multi-way feeds are brought to, before being 'split off' to go to their different destinations.
In certain contexts (admittedly, mainly signals circuits) we would often refer to this as 'breaking out', or here, 'break-out'.

In science, we use this term, but I saw Chris' comment and I cannot be sure if you would use it in your context.
The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary tells me it could be acceptable, but theory is one thing, and practice another :):

: I think the idea is that the bornier doesn't allow the wires to become entangled in the first place. "Neatify" would be a good word if it existed!

I imagined it as a way of ordering wires which were entangled between the equipment and this box.

: although the concept and literal translation is of course fine,we simply wouldn't use this kind of term to describe this function; even in the worst-designed system, the wires shouldn't be 'entangled' in the first place!
